Robert has over 30 years’ experience in Construction and Development ranging from high end restaurants and retail build-outs to hospitality and multi-family. Notable projects include Dream Hotel, TAO Restaurant, Line Hotel, Wayfarer Hotel, Jerry’s Famous Deli, Pier Pointe Condominiums in Marina Del Rey and the Palazzo East Apartment Building in Los Angeles. Prior to Co-founding GKB, he worked for several prominent developers, including AIMCO (Vice President, Development/Construction), Turnberry/ Fontainebleau Resorts (Western Regional Construction Director), and Lennar Urban (Director of Development/ Construction).

For over 15 years, Adolfo has been a passionate entrepreneur in Construction and Real Estate. With a natural talent for bringing visions to reality, what was once the start of a family business focused on residential projects has extended into commercial developments. Notable projects include, Dream Hotel, TAO and Beauty and Essex Restaurants, Thompson and Tommie Hotels and numerous high-end residential projects.
Adolfo is a licensed Real Estate Agent and General Contractor.
